Coach Wes and Starke Football®, is a footwork, movement specialist that trains youth and high school star athletes to move more quickly, accurately, and efficiently on their feet, giving them an edge by helping them stay one step ahead of their opponents.
Part of getting ready for any sport is improving footwork, which affects your athlete’s agility. Agility exercises improve your athlete’s body control and overall movements quickly and efficiently, without sacrificing speed or balance.
