First we highly recommend staying away from trainers just for the sake of saying your athlete has a trainer.

If you haven't developed discipline at home and your athlete hasn't demonstrated the commitment needed to elevate his or her game. Then it’s not time yet anyway.

It will be a waste of time and money on your part in the long run.

Secondly, don't get caught up in the hype of trainers using agility ladders, hurdles and cones as their source to build agility performance.

Even though these tools are great additions to any training regimen, using them solely is not sufficient and completely unnecessary.

We see Athletes all the time running around, sweating their tails off, and really trying their best to work really hard, but unable to transition from training to performing at peak during competition.

Yes, the cone drills look cool for Instagram reels and marketing material, but what about when it's time for the athlete to perform in midst of competition.

What's the true benefit if the athlete is still rigid, tight and easily to read during games.

See, what we want to do here is "cut the fat" so-to-speak and rid our athletes of wasted time spent on what we call as "activity".

Getting rid of wasted time during training, wasted time thinking between snaps and getting your athlete to actual PRODUCE results on the field during their games.

Our mission is to get all of our athletes (100% of them) on game day rosters after training with us and experience the opportunities that come with starting and producing on the field, such as playoff wins, championship experiences and ultimately scholarship opportunities.

In order for that to be a reality for most young football athletes, they first have to have the right training coaches, committed parents, and the athlete has to be coachable and driven to actually work.

TRAINING PHASES

With the Elite Football Speed and Agility Training system, Coach Wes coaches your athlete through the drills and mechanic building to make you a dynamic and dominate competitor.

When you train with SF®, your athletes will work through our training regimen which will improve their footwork, reaction timing, speed, power and quickness in order to be an elite threat on the field.

Each training session is a series of elevated competition that will test the body, mental strength and game like timing.

If you think that your athlete really wants to supercharge his or her game, it's time to purchase the training.

Below is an example of our session layout structure.

Each workout last between 30 to 45minutes, which is only 2 times per week.

Each phase for each age group elevates gradually and the intensity and skill development become more advance as each age group evolves.
