You understand that Starke Football® Coaching and any of their coaches, staff, or contractors are not responsible for any injuries, lost/stolen equipment, or any accidents that may occur during training or any training that your son/daughter attend hosted by Starke Football® Coaching. You understand that the facilities/fields used by Starke Football® Coaching will not be liable for any injuries, lost/stolen equipment, or accidents that may occur during any training event. You agree that your son/daughter has adequate medical coverage in case of injury. You give Starke Football® Coaching permission to take pictures/video during any training event and use such pictures/videos on our website, printed materials, social media, or in any marketing medium we so wish to use.
